Guardians of the Galaxy trailer

Yesterday, marvel finally released the first trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy. The Guardians of the Galaxy are basically Marvel's space team. The trailer shows some information about each team member.

"Preacher" TV show coming to AMC

Since "The Walking Dead," which was based of a comic book, has been so successful at AMC, they will be doing an adaptation of "Preacher." Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg will be writing the TV show and "Breaking Bad" producer Sam Catlin will be the showrunner. "Preacher," was a comic written by Garth Ennis and drawn by Steve Dillon. It was part of DC Comics' Vertigo imprint, and told the story of Jesse Custer who literally attempted to find God. It is one of the most acclaimed comic book series published by DC.

Casting News

There has been quite a lot of casting news for superhero movies and TV shows.

For the upcoming "Flash" TV show, Candice Patton has been cast as Iris West, Jesse L. Martin as Detective West, Rick Cosnett as Detective Eddie Thawne (villain Reverse Flash), Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow (villain Killer Frost), and Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon (superhero Vibe).

For the upcoming "Gotham" TV show, Ben McKenzie has been cast as James Gordon.

Paul Bettany has been cast as The Vision for the Avengers sequel called "The Avengers: Age of Ultron." Paul already voiced Jarvis for the Iron Man films and will now play the android created by Ultron.

For the Man of Steel sequel, Gal Gadot has been cast as Wonder Woman, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, and Jeremy Irons as Alfred.

For the 2015 "Ant-Man" movie, Michael Douglas has been cast as Hank Pym (the first Ant-Man) and Paul Rudd as Scott Lang (the second Ant-Man)
